The prices within this website supersede all previous price lists. The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds).

Delivery Charges

All UK deliveries will incur a delivery charge of £3.95 per order for all orders up to the value of £49.95, thereafter delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Times

Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched within 72 hours & delivered on a guaranteed 48 hour service.

Value Added Tax

Please note that the prices shown are VAT inclusive (17.5%).

Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Chambers Candy Co. products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone us on 01384 424848 or e-mail us sales@chamberscandy.co.uk for an immediate response to your query. All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Chambers Candy products, please return the purchase with the original packaging to Chambers Candy Co., Eagle House, Park Road, Halesowen, West Midlands B63 2RH for a refund.
